I Dare You To Make A Diet Goal


Making a diet goal is an important key to your success. Without a goal and plan to reach that goal you are much more likely to fail to get fit.

Stephen Brennan once said, "Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success."

Make a goal today. Be specific and purposeful. My Dream Dare Goal is to lose 60 lbs by March 2012. With that as my foundation I am breaking down that goal into smaller "doable dares." My doable dare goal is to lose two pounds each week.

That is my plan and my focus. Here is another quote that inspires me -
